The North Oconee High School girls lacrosse team recently earned its 12th victory of the 2021 season.

The Lady Titans were up to 12-2 on the season through last week’s action. They are off this week as the school observes spring break.

For the most part, North Oconee’s offense dominated in its last five games.

The Lady Titans toppled Grovetown 15-2 on March 15.

In that game, Ashley Clark and Lauren Moy each recorded hat tricks with three goals apiece. Brooke Coates, Mally Burruss and Emily Radford each scored two goals.

Ava Radford, Ansley Wirth and Ellisen Klatkiewicz scored one goal each.

Lauren Knowles recorded an assist, as did Esther Domagalski, Rachel Verner, Hannah Tucker, Camden Howell, Ava Radford and Clark.

The Lady Titans beat Riverwood the next day, topping the Lady Raiders 13-7.

Moy led the charge that night with seven goals, which is a new program record for goals in a single game. Earlier this season, Moy tied the program record with six goals.

Ava Radford scored four goals while Burruss and Clark scored one time apiece.

Burruss had three assists. Verner, Clark and Ava Radford each recorded one assist during the game.

On March 22, North Oconee beat Parkview 11-8.

Coates notched four goals during the game while Moy had three and Ava Radford finished with two. Aksheeta Sharma and Clark each finished with one goal to their credit.

Burruss had two assists while Coates, Clark and Emily Radford all had one. Additionally, Verner recorded 22 saves.

That win over Parkview gave the Lady Titans an eight-game winning streak.

Unfortunately for the Lady Titans, that streak was snapped the next time out.

North Oconee fell to Holy Innocents’ Episcopal on March 24, 20-16.

Coates and Moy each dropped in five goals to lead the effort. Ava Radford had a hat trick while Clark scored twice and Verner scored once.

Clark and Coates recorded two assists apiece while Burruss and Moy each had one assist.

On March 27, the Lady Titans bounced back. They took on region opponent Greenbrier and came away with a 14-6 victory.

Coates had five goals for the second game in a row. Moy finished with four goals while Ava Radford and Burruss each scored two goals. Clark scored once during the game.

In addition to her five goals, Coates notched three assists. Ava Radford and Burruss had two assists each while Moy and Clark each recorded one.

North Oconee ran its win total up to a dozen by knocking off Evans 10-7 on April 1.

Ava Radford and Coates each recorded a hat trick with three goals apiece. Wirth scored once, as did Burruss, Moy and Emily Radford.

Burruss, Moy, Sharma and Verner all finished with one assist. Verner recorded 18 saves during the game.

Once spring break concludes this week, the Lady Titans will have three regular season games in front of them.

They are scheduled to play at Luella on April 14. They will then close the regular season with two-straight home games.

Ola is scheduled to play at North Oconee on April 15. The Lady Titans will host Oconee County High School for the regular season finale on April 20.
