Its founder, Oconee County High school junior Peyton Magee, began the Gazette in January 2019 at 11 years old to start a business and connect with neighbors of loch lomond Circle in Watkinsville.

“He is very much an old soul, and he is amazing with people,” said Peyton’s mom, Kirsten Magee. “And so we thought that would be a good fit for him as well and a great way…to get to know his neighbors on a deeper level,”

Now 16 years old, Peyton hasn’t missed a sunday publication. He tries to include one interview each week.
